Lydekker was engaged by Peter Hill, the co-founder of ASX-listed Globe International to assist with market entry for a new medical product venture in the Asia Pacific region.
We delivered key elements for an investment pitch pack including:
- the regulatory and operational roadmap for establishing the market for the new medical product
- steps that the national government would have to take to establish the industry and to meet domestic and international legal obligations
- international case study to demonstrate feasibility in another jurisdiction
- detailed risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
The project involved identifying and working closely with our on-ground Expert Advisor, Samantha Cook, to ensure we were getting Peter the best possible insights and arguments to take to key government stakeholders.
The deliverable is currently under review by the Attorney General.
