During the first phase of work, the Lydekker team conducted over 30 interviews in 4 local languages with C-suite executives from large corporations across 6 markets (Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan and the Philippines). The interviews provided unique insight into key decision-makers thinking on the potential market success of our client’s product. Desk research in relevant local languages provided further data that the client had not previously had access to on competitors, similar products, market trends, and potential sales targets.
