HotDoc is Australia’s largest and most trusted patient engagement platform with over 21,000 listed doctors and 8 million active patients.

Lydekker was engaged by HotDoc to support its work with a federal government agency to increase access to groups that would otherwise find it difficult to access the platform.

From scoping the proposal to the delivery of the final product, Lydekker embedded a project manager in the HotDoc’s team to manage the delivery of the different project streams, and stakeholder relationships with government and contracted translators.

The project was delivered on time and to scope, with the team receiving positive feedback from both the client and the government agency on the engagement.

Client testimonial

“We first engaged Lydekker to assist with the development of a proposal for a major project with a government in the Asia Pacific. The team assisted us in articulating how our solution would respond to the government’s request, including research and data collection to define the challenge that our solution was going to address. They also provided advice on scoping, contract negotiations and the development of a detailed project timeline. The proposal was ultimately successful in receiving funding.

On the back of the successful proposal, we engaged Lydekker to project manage the delivery of the solution. This included complex project management across several streams in our organisation to deliver customisation and translation of aspects of our platform. We also tasked Lydekker with managing stakeholder relations for the project, which included providing regular updates on project status, risks and mitigation strategies as well as engagement with community groups, national advocacy bodies and third-party contractors.

We were delighted with how seamlessly and effectively the Lydekker team integrated with our project team to deliver this solution on time and to budget.”
